touch Payment Methods

Settling your bill is easy. You can do so anytime, anywhere online with Bill e-Pay or offline with a bank direct debit for seamless monthly settlement. You can also visit our offices, our certified outlets, or any of our partner financial institutions around you.

Bill e-Pay

With Bill e-Pay, a simple internet connection will allow you to settle online your touch (postpaid) line invoice using any Credit or internet-enabled Debit card issued from Lebanon. No more visits to the bank just to settle your phone bill, and no more worries about losing track of your mobile services record. You are a few clicks away from an effortless bill settlement!

You only need to:

1. Type in your username and password (if you are registered), otherwise create a new account.
2. Go to "My mtc"
3. Click on: Bill e-Pay
4. Follow the instructions to ensure the payment of your invoice.

With one click, the value of your invoice is automatically charged to your credit or debit card.
Bill e-Pay is brought to you in collaboration with Bank Audi.

Bank Direct Debit (BDD)

With Bank Direct Debit (BDD) you can save time by settling your balance each month automatically from your bank account. To sign up, visit the financial institution with which you have an account and ask for the BDD form for your mtc touch line.

Payment through Bank/Institution

You can settle your mtc touch invoice at any of the following banks and institutions, without the need for direct debits or any other documents:

• BandMed
• BLC Bank
• BOB Finance
• CashUnited
• LibanPost
• OMT

The above banks and institutions will receive your payment within four days after receiving your SMS bill notification.  If your bill is returned unpaid, your line will be disconnected and you will have to visit any mtc touch service center for settlement.
∙ When settling your invoice at the bank/institution, you cannot pay by cheque.
∙ The bank/institution charges a maximum of $2 commission for invoice settlement, with no VAT on this charge.

Payment through Certified Outlets \ DNC Liban:

• At any time you can settle your invoice at any mtc touch certified outlet with no extra charge
• DNC Liban: a new door to door facility that saves time by having your invoice directly collected from your home. All you need to subscribe is to contact DNC Liban on 01-586666 and 01-585390 and collectors will visit you when your invoice is due.
  Extra charge of L.L. 5,000 is paid for DNC Liban upon collection

For further details concerning your invoice, you can either:

• Dial 114 or send an SMS to 114 with the word “Bill”
• For an online copy of your invoice, sign in and benefit from the free e-bill notification service, or visit any of our service centers.
• Contact Customer Care on 03-800111 or 111 from any mtc touch line.
