Need to Know
You will need to complete the following when requesting a touch line:
- Copy of an ID.
- $100 cash deposit or Bank Direct Debit
- Circular and a commercial registration (for companies only)
- Completed and signed mtc touch contract
When using your touch line for the 1st time
Insert your touch card into your handset and switch it on. If prompted for a PIN code, enter 0000#. For security reasons, it is recommended to modify the default PIN code from your handset.
