- Recharging reminders: 3 days before the grace period, an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) will be played upon every outgoing call to remind you to recharge, in addition to an SMS that will be sent during the last three days of grace period. When your credit reaches $1 or less, another Interactive Voice Response (IVR) will be played upon every outgoing call.
Need to Know
Using your magic line for the 1st time
Insert your magic card into your handset and switch it on. If prompted for a PIN code, enter 0000#. For security reasons, it is recommended to modify the default PIN code from your handset.
Upon making the first call, you will be asked to select your preferred language (Arabic, English, or French) before the connection takes place. You will be informed of your GSM number, credit info, and credit expiry date and period.
About your account
- If credit balance is depleted prior to entering the grace period, you can still receive calls.
- If you recharge your account prior to entering the grace period, the old credit will be added to the new one and you can still make calls and send SMS
- If you recharge your account prior to entering the grace period, the remaining days will be added to the new days
- In case of loss or damage, your magic card can be reissued for $5 (excluding VAT) at any mtc touch service center.
- In case of expiry, your magic card can be reissued for $27.73 (excluding VAT) at any mtc touch service center.
- You can always switch to a touch regular line and keep your personal number for good! (Free of charge).
