Means of Recharge

Prepaid mtc touch customers benefit from a variety of means of recharge

Beirut, February 2nd, 2010: mtc touch, the leading telecom operator and ZAIN affiliate in Lebanon, increased the recharge methods for prepaid Magic lines to five. A couple of months back, the company had added the Post2Pre Recharge service to its portfolio, allowing postpaid “touch” customers to recharge prepaid “magic” lines while extending their line validity, just by sending an sms without any additional cost except for the value of the transferred amount.

mtc touch “magic” recharge means include:
1- Recharge Voucher;
2- e-recharge through the company’s official website www.mtctouch.com.lb;
3- ATM recharge through a large network of ATM machines;
4- Post2Pre Recharge with validity extension through free sms to 1166;
5- Most recently, the company launched the fifth method which is “3rd party Recharge”, enabling “magic” line holders to recharge other “magic” lines by entering *300* followed by Lebanon’s country code (961), the mobile code (3, 70 or 71), the full 6 digit “magic” line number to be recharged, before adding another star sign, followed by the secret code of the recharge card, then the pound sign then pressing OK.

Mr. Jad Kai, the Marketing Director at mtc touch, commented: “mtc touch thrives to meet its customers’ needs and simplify their daily life by providing them with a large variety of recharge methods, thus enabling them to recharge their lines wherever they are and whenever they need to communicate”.
