Customer Compensation Plan
Mtc touch announces a customer compensation plan 
Drawn up in collaboration with the Ministry of Telecommunications

14 December 2011: Further to the announcement by the Minister of Telecommunications, Nicolas Sehnaoui, concerning compensating all customers who encountered problems with their mobile phone service in November, mtc touch, the leading mobile telecommunications operator in Lebanon and Zain affiliate, has drawn up a compensation package for its loyal customers that commenced on December 9, 2011.
 
mtc touch will extend the validity of all prepaid lines (magic, Start, Smart and Super) for an additional 15 days, free of charge. Furthermore, all prepaid customers who encountered difficulties will be compensated with one-minute’s worth of credit to his balance for every “dropped”, “silent”  or “cross” call.
Meanwhile, all postpaid customers who encountered difficulties during this period will receive a deduction of one-minute’s worth of call time on every “dropped”, “silent”  or “cross” call on their December, 2011 bill.
