Certified Outlets Network mtc touch expands its Certified Outlets network to 22 outlets for a better customer service Beirut, 27th May 2010: mtc touch, the leading mobile operator in Lebanon and ZAIN affiliate, announced the expansion of its Certified Outlets’ network, to include 22 outlets in addition to the company’s headquarters at Charles El Helou and its 5 regional service centers. In parallel to this expansion, mtc touch also diversified its portfolio of services offered within these Certified Outlets to include:
- SIM card replacement for blocked and lost Sims
- Purchasing of prepaid “magic” and postpaid “touch” lines
- Purchasing of “magic” recharge cards
- Bill settlement for postpaid touch lines
- Transfer of pre-paid “magic” lines to postpaid “touch” lines
Furthermore, mtc touch Certified Outlets provides the activation of a number of features and services such as the BlackBerry, Star Package, Clip and voice mail.
