mtc touch expands its Certified Outlets’ network to 29 outlets for a better customer service

Beirut, July 20th, 2011:  mtc touch, the leading mobile operator in Lebanon and Zain affiliate, announced the expansion of its Certified Outlets’ network, to include 29 outlets in addition to the company’s headquarters at Charles El Helou and its 5 regional service centers.

The consolidation of mtc touch Certified Outlets’ network comes in line with the company’s quest to cater to a growing customer base, which has so far exceeded 1.65 million customers. Retaining the majority of the market share and constantly aiming at getting closer to its customers, mtc touch has made its services available in a larger number of Certified Outlets across the country, doubling the figure to 29 outlets in less than one year.

The Certified Outlets offer a wide range of services to mtc touch customers including SIM card replacement for blocked and lost SIMs, bill settlement for postpaid lines, transfer of prepaid lines to postpaid lines, in addition to purchasing prepaid and postpaid lines as well as purchasing recharge cards.

The 29 Certified Outlets are distributed as follows: Beirut: TALACO in Rawche (Australia street) and Dahieh (Kafaat street), LIBANNET in Dahieh (Bir el Abed) and Verdun street, MIG in Dahieh (Bir El Abed), CLASS in Mar-Elias (main street) and Down Town (Municipality Street), FCC in ABC Mall Achrafieh, KAZTEL  in Badaro (Sami Al Solh), Hanytel in Achrafieh (Sioufi), LIDACALL in Salim Salam ,and NEW TECH PLUS in Karakol el Drouz; Mount Lebanon Governorate: MET in Kaslik, MEATEL in Hazmieh (Damascus street), TALACO in Jal el Dib, NEW TECH PLUS in Jeita, H2 GROUP in Sed El Baouchrieh (Mar Takla street), and SINDOR in Jbeil (El Souk); South Governorate: Class branch Sour (El Abbassieh Junction), TALACO branch Saida (Hussam El Dine El Hariri street), and LIDACALL in Nabatieh (main road); North Governorate: KAZTEL in Tripoli (Azzmi street), TALACO in Zgharta (main street), and CITYCOM in Tripoli (main road); Bekaa: MET in Ferzol (main street), LIBANNET in Hermel (main road) and Baalbek (St Gerjes street), and KAZTEL in Laboueh, in addition to H2 GROUP in Chouf Bekaata main road.

All Certified Outlets are fully equipped to offer all services currently available at mtc touch service centers, and the company will be announcing the assignment of new Certified Outlets soon in new Lebanese regions.
