Wael Ayoub - Director of IT 
With a Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Masters in Telecommunications and more than a decade of experience in the field of mobile communications, Ayoub fits the perfect profile of an IT Director. Not only young and dynamic, he also has an extensive knowledge of GSM/Billing procedures, Application Management and System Integration. At the beginning of his career, Ayoub was assigned Assistant Billing Manager at MCI International Lines, the only legal provider of international communication since 1991, where he was able to examine and learn from the most elaborate billing systems at the time.
In 1998, Ayoub joined former GSM operator, Libancell, as a Quality and Revenue Assurance Supervisor for the Billing Department. His scope of work went from supervision and team management, to coordination and scheduling, coaching and guidance, in addition to strategic planning and analysis. At his new position, Ayoub has proven to be trustworthy, innovative, highly responsible and qualified, enjoying a solution oriented mindset. He always knew how to develop the most efficient and timesaving applications, especially in terms of fraud control.
In 2004, when mtc touch started managing MIC2 on behalf of the Lebanese government, Ayoub had already become an indispensable team member of the company thus becoming the new Enterprise Applications Manager in the IT department. He was triggered by the challenge and determined to contribute in making this transition as smooth and successful as possible. His outstanding performance throughout the years earned him to become in 2008 the IT Director at mtc touch.
Ayoub has had more than twenty diversified trainings in management and system creation and application, which enhanced both his human and his technical skills. His long experience at mtc touch allowed him to become a veteran in multiple GSM operations including billing, customer care, provisioning, mediation, revenue assurance, MSC, VAS and HLR, without forgetting his IT expertise in CRM, ERP, FMS, data warehousing, web development, enterprise application integration, functional design, testing, system integration, change and release management.
