Nour Shebaro - Director of Human Resources
Nour Shebaro, the HR Director at mtc touch, cumulates 15 years of professional experience, starting with accounting in 1991. In 1993, she completed a six months orientation program in the banking sector after which she moved to Kuwait where she excelled at assembling statistical reports and undertaking miscellaneous researches for the various departments of the Kuwait Municipality. Two years later, Shebaro took a turn in her career, as she started handling Public Relations responsibilities including office management and coordination for events as well as the production of company annual reports. After returning to Lebanon in 1998, Shebaro took her first HR related job, where she was responsible for all Human Resources issues at ITS Lebanon in coordination with the Kuwait Head Office HR department. Her position also entitled her to handle training in all ITS Lebanon, while being a member of a learning and development committee within ITS, responsible for all soft-skills trainings and setting the training track for the career development of the employees, along being a quality and customer care coordinator. It was in June 2004 when she became a member of Zain (formerly MTC) family, being assigned as the Training Manager for mtc touch, heading the Learning and Development program for two years. As a training manager, she consistently delivered high quality results and achieved remarkable management satisfaction, leading to her successive promotions to Human Resources Manager, and then starting January 2008 to HR Director. Today, she is responsible for all HR & Development functions and can provide an expert commentary on performance management, selection and leadership development. Shebaro combines a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer from the Lebanese American University with one year of Graduate Studies (Master Degree) in Money and Banking from the American University of Beirut. Shebaro also detains an HR certification from Florida International University (USA) as well as a “First Line Psychologist” Certification. |
