Najwa Zeidan - Finance Director

The telecom environment constantly changes and so does the role of a finance director: totally flexible, Najwa Zeidan enjoys a high environmental and business adaptability allowing her to stand out on innovation and improvement.

Her extensive experience in the practice was acquired throughout her 15 years of international exposure in banking, finance and accounting both at mtc touch & other esteemed institutions in Canada, USA and Europe. Prior to being appointed as Finance Director in 2007, Zeidan managed for two years the accounting department of mtc touch, reforming & revolutionizing the unit in the most pioneering, modern & effective way in terms of practices and systems’ enhancement.

Proactive & a perfect team player, she excels at leading and motivating her well established finance team. Responsible for all aspects of financial operations within the company, her duties include first & foremost the assurance of a healthy financial status. On top of coordinating with the headquarters, the external audit & the Ministry of Telecommunications, she supervises the tiniest decisions making sure it is being taken in accordance with existing binding agreements & government’s regulations.
Handling the job from both strategic and hands-on issues, she makes sound financial decisions which take into account the customer, the strategy, the risks, the people, the processes and the systems necessary to implement them.

Zeidan’s track record of education encompasses an MBA from the prestigious Marquette  University in Milwaukee USA, in addition to her BBA from the American University of Beirut.
