Nadim Khater - Chief Commercial Officer

Armed with excellent communication and management skills, Nadim Khater, previously Director of IT at mtc touch and currently appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), enjoys a 360˚ approach of the telecom industry, from both technical and business angles. From e-business implementation and HR policies, to proven expertise in IT, Khater has a thick and diversified portfolio behind him, the outcome of over 7 years of consultancy and operational work in various telecom companies including the aggressive Saudi Arabian market.

Prior to working with mtc touch, Khater was a Telecommunication Industry consultant at Accenture. His career encompassed eBusiness implementation strategies and programs including eGovernment and eProcurement for leading regional companies, in addition to Systems Management Services, Customer Care Support and Organizational Planning.
Recruited by Zain (formerly MTC Group) in 2004, he became a member of the management team at mtc touch Lebanon. Heading the HR practice during the critical transitional phase, between the previous GSM operator and mtc touch was a big challenge that he faced successfully. His creative insights helped him develop pioneering human resources policies and solutions that include performance management, career counseling and development, recruitment and selection, all in close collaboration with the Ministry of Labor.

As leader of the information technology organization, he strived for developing a consolidated and consistent IT and Billing vision and strategy. In a fast paced and competitive industry, his strong exposure has granted him an innate flair for business entitling him to identify opportunities for synergies across the business units. His challenging new experience as a CCO holds him responsible of providing state of the art products and services that match the ever-changing market’s requirements and customers’ needs.

Khater holds a masters degree in engineering management from Virginia Tech University, USA, along a bachelor’s degree from the American University of Beirut, in Electrical Engineering.
