Imad Hamdan - Legal Counsel

Me. Imad Hamdan is the head of the Legal Department at mtc touch, who provides legal advice to the mtc touch head office and branches. In this position, he drafts management correspondences with the Ministry of Telecommunications, reviews and negotiates maintenance agreements for the mobile network and other mobile assets, and deals with subcontracting and insurance agreements. He also handles the lease agreements for mtc touch’s premises and sites, and carries out formalities with the public sector, encompassing all authorities such as Ministries, Register of Commerce, Real Estate Register and others.

Prior to joining mtc touch in 2004, Me. Hamdan was appointed the in-house lawyer for BLC Bank and BLC Finance for six years, where he gained a remarkable experience in Banking and Finance Laws. He provided legal advice to the Bank’s departments and branches mainly covering money laundering, fiduciary agreements, escrow account, credit insurance, arbitration, and BOT agreements.

Banking, Finance and Telecommunications Laws were not the only focus of Me. Hamdan; his passion for law made him also keen on getting familiar with Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Criminal, Business and Real Estate Laws.

He received his Master’s Degree in Law in 1991.
