Hayat Youssef - Risk Management & Business Excellence Director

Hayat Youssef has built her career by focusing on what matters most to a successful company: Customer Satisfaction. As a former Manager of the Quality & Internal Audit Department at mtc touch and having direct responsibility for the Quality Management System, she performs with the firm belief that customer satisfaction can only be the product of Business Excellence.

Having started with LibanCell as a Senior Accountant in 1995, she soon discovered an innate talent for identifying and addressing process development opportunities which provide for the customers, while having the highest payback to the stakeholders.
This led her to pioneer the establishment of a Q&IA Dept in 2000, where she quickly gained recognition for her achievements and worked her way up to becoming Q&IA Manager within a couple years. She was instrumental in devising a comprehensive revenue assurance program and the derivation of metrics to benchmark business performance against industry norms and best practices.

With a sheer focus on the evolving business needs and best practices, she succeeded in instilling a risk culture to sustain the company’s operations and ensure their continuity. Her risk management & business excellence programs didn’t lack a green touch, as mtc touch was internationally recognized by standardization bodies, acquiring ISO 14001 certificate for its environmental management system. Not to mention mtc touch’s worldwide environmental standing, demonstrated in the Green Awards 2008 in London and GSMA Awards 2008 in Macaw for its state of the art green campaigns.

Youssef holds both a BA in Business Administration and a BS in Mathematics, from the American University of Beirut.
